I had problems installing the rear screen protector and cracked it bending it to fit. Emailed Elon and immediately had a free replacement shipped to me. Love dealing with a company that stands behind its products.

Good product great customer service

Bought for my refreshed model S. Front screen looks great. Back screen had a little difficulty to install and tempered glass does not fit/bubbles at the corner of the screen. This seems to be a Tesla problem not a tempered glass problem. Ram is very prompt on any customer inquiries or what he can do to help solve the problem.
